Let me start this blog by telling you part of it's purpose. Back in October of 2012 I quit smoking. Since then I have gained somewhere in the ballpark of 36 pounds. Now, after many months of this weight and the continuously rising of it. I need to make myself accountable for it. For a long time I just blamed the no smoking. However, we all know that can't be the only reason. The facts here are just this, I love food. Love it! Now that my taste buds are back (that the nicotine had killed) I can taste so much and now I like more food than I did before. Now here is where the blog comes in, I recently read here that to start a exercising habit you need to make yourself accountable to the public, family, and friends. So - this is it. This is where you will walk with me daily on my ups and downs of trying to remove some of this weight I am now caring. I haven't made any "gaols" yet. This is the first step I am taking - its a small one but it is a start! Thank you for joining me on this journey and being my support group as well as my friends.
